An old farm house, transformed into a welcoming home
surrounded into a beautiful green garden, is a part
of our company.
Our olive grove extends on a surface of about 20 hectares, with well-known olive trees
such as Carolea, Nocellara, Coratina, Roggianella.

The geographical
position and the mild climate of the Jonic hills of
Calabria (considered by experts the "best in the
world") are particularly favourable for these
cultivations. Harvest-time usually begins at the end of
September.
The nectar is obtained by
the cold working pressure of olives picked up by hand by expert women. For
this reason we offer an extra virgin olive oil with a
low grade of acidity. After a natural decantation and
after having passed rigorous chemical-physical and
organoleptic tests (Certification I.M.C.), we garantee a
pure high quality exra virgin olive oil, so pleasant to
the taste.
